Ballet Barre was born from a simple need: to give the students of Project Resurgence access to the high-quality, specialist pointe shoe fitting they deserved.
What began as a service for our own dancers soon grew into something more. With over 30 years of experience as a professional dancer and teacher, combined with specialist pointe shoe fitting expertise, we realised we could offer dancers something truly personal — a fitting informed not only by the foot, but by an understanding of the whole dancer.
At Ballet Barre, we know that no two dancers — and no two pairs of feet — are the same. We consider anatomy, strength, technique, experience and individual needs to find a shoe that provides the right support while allowing each dancer to perform with confidence.
